The Churchill Retirement Group is recruiting a Team Secretary to assist the Managing Director of our Planning Issues team based in our Head Office in Ringwood. This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity contract.
The Team Secretary will liaise with internal and external contacts, manage a busy workload, and organize Public Consultations along with collating planning application and appeal documents. Responsibilities include handling calls, invoice management, arranging public consultations, managing mail, typing correspondence, assisting with reports, diary management, booking meetings and travel, and maintaining contact lists.
We seek a self-motivated, personable individual with proven secretarial or PA experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficient IT skills including MS Office and databases. Flexibility and good communication are essential to manage a varied workload.
This role is ideal for someone whose circumstances align with covering up to 12 months of maternity leave.
