Job summary

Juno at Olympia in West London is hiring a Team Member for Incipio Group Limited. You’ll help deliver warm, high‑energy hospitality and contribute to a vibrant, refined atmosphere in a contemporary Italian venue.

Not required to have prior hospitality experience. Salary is £12.71–£13.50 per hour, with full‑time hours and access to staff discounts, career progression, and extensive benefits across Incipio venues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, high-energy service across shifts
• Help maintain vibrant venue atmosphere through music, lighting and temperature
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure a great guest experience
• Assist in achieving weekly sales targets and standard of service
• Complete compliance e-learning within 2 weeks of starting
• Provide guests with the best possible experience and safety
• Learn new drinks and menu dishes as required

WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO

• Have a passion for all things hospitality, driving positive feedback and achieving a target set by your management team each week.. .
• You work at pace with energy, always looking for the next task that can be completed.. .
• You proactively work to enhance the atmosphere of your venue, including music, lighting and temperature and communicate this with your management team.. .
• You work closely with your front of house and kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests on every shift.. .
• You actively achieve sales targets set by your management team and support other team members to do the same.. .
• Everything you deliver is to the highest service standards, proactively driving sales and following the lead of your management team.. .
• You ensure our guests are shown the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in our venues and when leaving.. .
• You actively complete your compliancy e-learning within 2 weeks of starting to ensure you are safe in the workplace.. .
• You deliver our products to spec, complete spec tests and take and learn new drinks and food menu dishes when required.. .
