Job summary

Incipio Group Limited is launching Juno at Olympia in West London, a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar with seasonal plates and a vibrant drinks programme. We seek Team Leaders who can inspire and train teams, uphold outstanding hospitality standards, and deliver a memorable guest experience in a busy venue.

You will lead by example, support new starters, motivate staff, and collaborate with management to drive sales while fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere for guests and team members

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership and training.
• Ability to motivate and manage a hospitality team.
• Strong guest service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set an example by leading the venue team and ensuring efficient operations.
• Onboard new starters and uphold high standards of service.
• Mentor teammates with training and encouragement to maintain excellence.
• Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and meet their needs.

Juno is a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar launching at Olympia, a space that blends the ease of neighbourhood dining with the energy of a West London destination. Rooted in simple, produce-led cooking, Juno's hospitality will be warm, generous and effortlessly stylish. It's a restaurant designed to feel both familiar and fresh, with a menu built around seasonal plates, handmade pasta, and a confident drinks programme anchored by spritzes, negronis, and a considered Italian wine list. Juno will attract a broad audience, including local West Londoners, early evening pre-theatre diners and weekend groups looking for a place that feels fun but refined; a balance of accessibility and aspiration.. .

Our Team Leaders are experts at making their teams feel amazing, with solid experience in delivering outstanding hospitality standards to our guests. WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO

• Ensuring the venue runs efficiently by setting an example and proactively leading your team.
• Supporting new starters in your venue, introducing them to the team and setting the highest of standards.
• Motivating your team by providing excellent support, training and encouragement.
• Engaging with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met..
• Collaborating with the management team to increase sales and contribute to the success of the venue..
• Creating a fun and positive atmosphere, fostering laughter and good vibes among the team and guests..
• Having fun, laughing a lot and giving good vibes.
