Job summary

Incipio Group Limited is launching Juno, a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar in Olympia, West London. The team emphasises hospitality, seasonal cuisine, and a vibrant atmosphere designed to feel both familiar and fresh.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of £12.71–£13.50 per hour. We offer a 50% discount on food and drinks across Incipio venues, plus mental health support, awards, and opportunities for internal progression as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Have a passion for hospitality and drive positive feedback toward weekly targets.
• Work at pace with energy, tackling the next task efficiently.
• Enhance venue atmosphere through music, lighting and temperature in coordination with management.
• Collaborate with front of house and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Achieve sales targets set by management and support teammates to do the same.
• Deliver services to the highest standards, driving sales under management guidance.
• Ensure guests have the best possible experience and are looked after safely in venues and on departure.
• Complete compliance e-learning within 2 weeks of starting to ensure workplace safety.
• Learn new drinks and food menu dishes when required and deliver products to spec.
• Have fun, laugh, and spread good vibes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO

• Have a passion for all things hospitality, driving positive feedback and achieving a target set by your management team each week.. .
• You work at pace with energy, always looking for the next task that can be completed.. .
• You proactively work to enhance the atmosphere of your venue, including music, lighting and temperature and communicate this with your management team.. .
• You work closely with your front of house and kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests on every shift.. .
• You actively achieve sales targets set by your management team and support other team members to do the same.. .
• Everything you deliver is to the highest service standards, proactively driving sales and following the lead of your management team.. .
• You ensure our guests are shown the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in our venues and when leaving.. .
• You actively complete your compliancy e-learning within 2 weeks of starting to ensure you are safe in the workplace.. .
• You deliver our products to spec, complete spec tests and take and learn new drinks and food menu dishes when required.. .
