Job summary

Moto is recruiting a Team Member at Stafford Services on the M6, Stone. The role offers a £12.83 per hour rate with a 21-hour initial contract and a mix of weekdays and weekends across early shifts from 4am to 7pm.

You’ll greet customers, process orders, make hot beverages, maintain brand standards and help keep displays stocked and welcoming. The role emphasizes teamwork and creating memorable customer experiences.

• Producing a range of hot beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
