Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Kitchen Assistant in Reading to help deliver Pret A Manger’s freshly made food with excellent customer service. You will work in a busy environment with shifts of 35 hours per week, earning hourly rates including up to £13.33 for leading shifts and £12.83 for standard roles.

The role offers weekly pay, discretionary annual bonus potential, and a suite of benefits such as staff discounts and development opportunities.

What you’ll be doing as a Kitchen Assistant:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing our in-store daily production requirements in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, salads, baguettes and baked goods throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the kitchen, ready for the following days trade
