Job summary

Moto is hiring a Team Member at Lancaster Services to deliver Pret A Manger’s freshly made food, great coffee and outstanding customer service. You’ll greet customers, process orders, prepare beverages and keep displays stocked and welcoming.

Starting at £12.83 per hour with a potential raise to £13.33 after stepping up to lead a shift. We offer weekly pay, discretionary Christmas bonus, staff discounts and funded qualifications to support your development.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome

• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Producing a range of hot beverages throughout the day

• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect

• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset

• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability

• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming

• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for

• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
