Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Team Member at Chieveley Services, M4, Oxford Rd, Hermitage, Thatcham RG18 9XX. You will join Pret A Manger’s team, delivering freshly made food, quality coffee and outstanding service at a busy service area.

The role requires a proactive, friendly individual able to work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for development, flexible hours, and weekly pay. Training is provided and you may progress to shift lead with enhanced pay.

Qualifications

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide friendly service.
• Capable of processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to make beverages and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Produce a range of hot beverages throughout the day.
• Deliver our brand standards to a level customers expect.
• Resolve inquiries with a customer-centric approach.
• Replenish displays to maximise product availability.
• Keep the workspace clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Work with colleagues to foster teamwork.
• Leave customers with a memorable experience.
• Help prepare the store for the next day’s trade.
