Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Team Member at Birch Services on the M62, Heywood. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, and assembling Burger King products to order with speed and accuracy. Training is provided for leadership opportunities and shift responsibility.

Shifts run 8am–11pm across weekdays and weekends, with a potential raise to £13.40 per hour as you lead a shift. Benefits include a discretionary bonus and staff discounts, along with a supportive development pathway.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Process orders and requests promptly
• Assemble Burger King products accurately and quickly
• Maintain brand standards and a welcoming store environment
• Resolve customer enquiries with a customer-centric approach
• Keep workspace and store clean, tidy and inviting
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster teamwork
• Create memorable experiences for customers to encourage return visits
• Assist with store and kitchen prep for following days' trade

• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Assembling a range of Burger King products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
