Job summary

Pret A Manger is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our shop floor and kitchen. You’ll be the smiling face of the shop, helping customers and preparing freshly made food and drinks with energy and care.

Training is provided, and you’ll benefit from our supportive team culture, flexible schedules, and company perks as you grow with Pret across our stores.

We're looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a Team Member, you'll be the smiling face of our shop floor and preparing delicious, freshly made food in our kitchen, driven by a passion for our products, customers and teams.

About you

Base Pay Rate: £15.80

The perks

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am

The Pret interview journey

Then, if we move forward with your application, we’ll start the process with an initial phone screening. The next stage is a 60-minute shop-based interview with the General Manager and the team.
