Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring a Team Member to join our shop floor and kitchen teams. You’ll prepare freshly made food, serve customers with a smile and help maintain a clean, welcoming space for every guest.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. Enjoy flexible shifts, generous perks, and a lively team culture in a fast-paced Pret shop environment.

We're looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a Team Member, you'll be the smiling face of our shop floor and preparing delicious, freshly made food in our kitchen, driven by a passion for our products, customers and teams.

Base Pay Rate:£13.80 - £13.80

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
• 28 days annual leave (pro-rata if you're part-time)

The Pret interview journey

Then, if we move forward with your application, we’ll start the process with an initial phone screening. The next stage is a 60-minute shop-based interview with the General Manager and the team.
