Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring a Team Member in Greater London. You’ll be the friendly face on the shop floor, preparing delicious, freshly made food in our kitchen and serving customers with warmth and a can-do attitude.

No prior experience is required as our best-in-class training will teach you everything you need. We offer flexible hours, strong team support, and a vibrant, inclusive store environment.

Base Pay Rate:£12.80 - £12.80

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am

The Pret interview journey

Then, if we move forward with your application, we’ll start the process with an initial phone screening. The next stage is a 60‑minute shop‑based interview with the General Manager and the team.
