Job summary

KP Snacks in Billingham is seeking a Team Member to operate packing and processing machinery, supporting smooth, safe production. The role offers rotating shifts, structured hours, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy with strong attention to detail.

• Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing is desirable, but full training is provided.
• Proactive, accountable attitude reflecting ownership and care.

Shift: 07:15 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 | Monday - Friday

In this key role, you’ll be working with a variety of machinery to help ensure our production lines run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:

• A good standard of literacy and numeracy, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a team and contributing to shared goals
• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus – but not essential
• Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing is desirable, but full training is provided
• A proactive, accountable attitude that reflects our values of ownership and care
