Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is hiring a Team Member for the Boydstone Road store. As part of The Scotsman Group family, you will welcome customers, handle till operations and help keep the store stocked and merchandised.

You will contribute to a friendly shopping environment, follow security procedures, and participate in promotions and upselling while delivering excellent service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
• Be efficient in till operations and cash handling.
• Flexible with working hours and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Ensure security measures are followed at all times.
• Keep the store stocked, labelled and well merchandised; promote promotions at the till.

Our stores are at the heart of our local communities, and stock a range of alcohol, tobacco, and fresh food products.

We are looking for experienced and talented Team Member to join our Store, Boydstone Road

The Role

• To be an ambassador for your store, making the store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A 'can do' attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure that security measures within your store are adhered at all times.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked,labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure Licensing and Compliance is adhered at all times.
• Upselling products and all promotions.
• Providing a good service to the customer, serving and promoting sales at the till.

Experience

• Be efficent in till operations.
• Competent in cash handling.
• The ability to work on your own or part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours is required.
• Experience gained within a retail enviroment is desirable.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Confident approach to maximising sales.
