Job summary

Moto is seeking a Team Member to join the Lancaster site, supporting Greggs products and customer service. The role includes early shifts (3am–11am) with weekly pay and a range of benefits. You will deliver warm service, produce hot food and baked goods, and maintain brand standards.

Enthusiastic, friendly individuals who can work in fast-paced environments and be a part of a collaborative team are encouraged to apply. Full training and development opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following day's trade.
