Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring at Lancaster Services on the M6. The Greggs Team Member role offers shifts between 5am and 9pm, as you provide warm customer service and freshly prepared baked goods.

You’ll greet customers, process orders, and maintain clean, welcoming displays while delivering our brand standards and a memorable visit. Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
