Job summary

Moto seeks a friendly Team Member at Cherwell Services, Bicester, to help deliver Greggs pastries, hot drinks and great customer service across varied shifts from early morning to evening.

You’ll greet customers, process orders, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming store as part of a collaborative team with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm in busy periods and deliver consistent service.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome.

• Produce range of hot food, baked goods and beverages.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen,ready for the following days trade
