Job summary

Moto is hiring a Team Member to join our busy service area at Pease Pottage Services, Crawley. You will help deliver Greggs products, greet customers, take orders, and keep displays replenished while maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.

The role requires a flexible approach to shifts between 7am and 11pm, including weekends, with opportunities for development and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.

• Replenish displays to maximise product availability.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver teamwork and great service.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen,ready for the following days trade
