Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Team Member in Bicester to join Chopstix and deliver exceptional customer service at Cherwell Services, M40 Junction 10. The role involves taking orders, preparing hot food, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Shifts run between 11am and 9pm, approximately 35 hours per week. The company offers weekly pay, discretionary bonus, staff discounts, and development opportunities, with a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food throughout the day
• Delivering brand standards to a level customers expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring the workspace and store are clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver teamwork
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience worth returning for
• Helping prepare the kitchen for the following day
