Westmorland Family is seeking a friendly Cafe Team Member who will be at the heart of our customer experience, greeting customers with a smile and sharing our passion for local produce.

You’ll help with serving, making wraps and coffees, keeping tables clean, and supporting colleagues across busy service periods. We provide full training and a welcoming environment to learn about our products and service standards.

Job description

We're passionate about local produce, warm welcomes and genuine connections and as a Team Member in our Cafe you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. Greeting customers with a smile, sharing your passion for our locally sourced products, jumping in to help your colleagues wherever needed.

From serving customers on the hotplate, making delicious wraps, serving artisan coffees, running the tills or keeping cakes and snack tables full and dining tables clean and clear you will love to be busy and enjoy keeping our visitors happy as they enjoy a break at our beautiful services.

You should have a positive 'can do mindset, a passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to learn about our products.

If you have previous experience in a catering environment that's great but don't worry if you don't. We offer full training to get you up to speed and give you knowledge of all our products and how we work at the Westmorland Family.
