Job summary

Moto is hiring a Team Member at Stafford Services in Stone to deliver Burger King’s flame-grilled taste and outstanding service. You will greet customers, take orders, assemble products quickly and accurately, and maintain cleanliness and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Assembling a range of Burger King products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection
• Delivering brand standards to a level customers expect
• Resolving enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
• Keeping workspace and store clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience worth returning for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen for the next day’s trade

Shifts: Vary between 7am to 11pm, mixture of weekdays and weekends required
