Job summary

moto at Pease Pottage Services near Crawley is seeking a Team Member to help deliver BP’s premium fuels and top-notch customer service. You’ll greet customers, handle orders and keep the forecourt and store looking welcoming, while upholding brand standards and fostering a collaborative team environment.

This part-time role pays £12.90 per hour with shifts across 7am–11pm, offers weekly pay, discretionary bonus potential, and generous staff discounts, plus development opportunities to grow with

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/customer service preferred.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and handle requests efficiently.
• Maintain brand standards and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests in a timely manner.
• Deliver brand standards to a high level.
• Resolve enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Replenish displays for maximum product availability.
• Keep workspace, store and forecourt clean and welcoming.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote teamwork.
• Create memorable customer experiences that encourage return visits.
• Prepare the store for the following day’s trade.
