The Recipe

As a Bakery Team Member, you will be an essential part of our production team, ensuring that our delicious products are made to the highest standards. You’ll be working on a 4 on 4 off rotation of days and nights, with shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. This schedule provides a balanced work-life rhythm with plenty of time off!

Our Site

Our Bristol Bakery and Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol. We’re a 15-minute drive from the M5 and 10 minutes from Severn Bridge (Toll-Free) if you’re coming from Wales.

We operate 3 state-of-the-art manufacturing plants, including Bristol Bakery, home to our latest innovation, The Bagel! Bristol produces and distributes over 12 different bakery products, totaling over 160,000 units daily, delighting families across the UK.

Our team of nearly 400 colleagues from over 21 nationalities works various shift patterns, with the bakery running 363 days a year, 24/7. Bristol also serves as a Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub.
