The Recipe

As a Bakery Team Member, you will be an essential part of our production team, ensuring that our delicious products are made to the highest standards. You’ll work on a 4 on 4 off rotation of days and nights, with shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. This schedule provides a balanced work-life rhythm with plenty of time off!

Our Site

Our Bristol Bakery and Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol. We are a 15-minute drive from the M5 and 10 minutes from Severn Bridge (Toll-Free) if traveling from Wales.

Our facility includes 3 state-of-the-art manufacturing plants. Bristol Bakery proudly hosts one of our latest innovations, The Bagel! We produce over 12 different bakery products, totaling more than 160,000 units daily to delight families across the UK.

With nearly 400 colleagues from over 21 nationalities, working various shift patterns, the bakery operates 363 days a year, 24/7.

Bristol is also a dedicated Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub.
