Pret A Manger in Swansea is hiring Team Members to prepare freshly made food and serve customers with warmth and a smile. You will be part of a fast-paced shop team delivering the Pret experience with passion and care.

No previous experience is required as we provide best-in-class training and flexible shift patterns to fit your life. This is a part-time role with opportunities to grow within the business.

We're looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a Team Member, you'll be the smiling face of our shop floor and preparing delicious, freshly made food in our kitchen, driven by a passion for our products, customers and teams.

About You

Base Pay Rate:£12.80 - £12.80

The perks

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
• 28 days annual leave (pro-rata if you're part-time)

The Pret interview journey

Then, if we move forward with your application, we’ll start the process with an initial phone screening. The next stage is a 60-minute shop-based interview with the General Manager and the team.
