Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen is seeking friendly Team Members to greet guests, take orders, and help deliver a memorable dining and drinking experience in our Brewpubs.

You will be passionate about great food and our own craft beers, enjoy a fast-paced service environment, and contribute to maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and process payments.
• Recommend dishes and beverages including house beers.
• Serve food and drinks and deliver a great guest experience.
• Set up and close down the Brewpub.

Job description

Role Purpose

Our Team Members are the core part of every Brewpub and key to the experience of our guests. You will be the friendly, smiling face that greets our guests, be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and high standards of service.

You will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available at B&K whilst working in a fun and supportive environment

As a Team Member, you’ll be taking orders, be confident about recommending dishes and drinks (particularly our own-brewed B&K beers), serving food and drinks, delivering a great experience for our guests, and helping with the setting-up and closing-down of the Brewpub.
