We’re looking for Back of House Nandocas (our Team Members) to join us!

The role of a Back of House Nandoca involves preparing and cooking PERi-PERi meals to impress our guests.

We offer both full and part-time positions. No previous experience is necessary—just bring your passion and willingness to learn, and we will teach you the rest.

This role is for our new restaurant opening at Sheffield Crystal Peaks on 6th August 2025.

You must be available on 30th June and between 26th July & 10th August for training purposes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Making guests feel valued by cooking, grilling, and preparing meals to Nando’s standards.
2. Setting up, maintaining, and closing down safe and operational workstations.
3. Performing deep cleaning to Nando’s standards.
4. Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and security measures.
