The What...

As a Team Member, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience!

Your shifts may include welcoming customers, hosting parties, or serving food and drinks. Your professional and energetic approach will ensure customers have a memorable, value-for-money experience.

Training covers all key areas, enabling support across the customer journey, including potential kitchen work.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:

Our centres operate from 9am to midnight, seven days a week. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays.

• Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
• Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
• Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
• Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre and are confirmed at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight but no later.

Induction and ongoing training will support your success and career growth, including access to apprenticeships and management training.

To succeed as a Team Member, you should have:
