Main duties of the job

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your responsibilities will include supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring dining tables are set to standard operating procedures, keeping the front of the house clean and well-presented, replenishing fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, and being aware of residents' dietary requirements. You will be required to demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, and experience in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
• Ensuring that the standard operating procedures for setting dining tables are followed.
• Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented, and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, along with finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.
