Partingtons is seeking a part-time seasonal Team Member to join our entertainment hub. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, taking orders, serving drinks, and supporting guests with bookings and activities (Bowling, Darts, Pool, Karaoke).

You will help maintain cleanliness and appear confident in a fast-paced environment. The position requires 18+ for alcohol service, right-to-work documentation, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Previous experience in a bar and food establishment is preferred (training will be provided).
• Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol.

• Dispense and serve hot and cold drinks as required.
• To maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the Hub areas at all times.
• Dealing with online bookings and assisting customers in the setting up of games in the Hub (Bowling, Darts, Pool, Karaoke etc.).
• Engage in upselling additional menu or games items to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales.

We are recruiting for a team member who has experience of working within a bar / entertainment environment. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.

Role:Team Member

Hours:Part time seasonal, minimum 5 hours per week (up to 19 hours per week)

Salary: £12.99 per hour
