Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Heywood is seeking a Team Member to greet customers, take orders, and assemble products to our fast, high-standard service. You will help deliver our brand standards and resolve customer questions with a friendly, customer-centric approach.

Shifts vary between 10am and 11pm, including weekdays and weekends. You’ll work with colleagues to provide a memorable experience and support store and kitchen readiness for the following day.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a warm welcome.
• Process orders and requests quickly and accurately.
• Assemble KFC products to order with speed and care.
• Maintain brand standards and food safety.
• Resolve customer questions and issues with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
• Create a memorable experience that encourages return visits.
• Help prepare the store and kitchen for the next day’s trade.

What you'll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Assembling a range of KFC products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade

Role Details:

• Team Member - £12.90ph
• Shifts: Vary between 10am to 11pm, mixture of weekdays and weekends required
