The Gun is recruiting Christmas Team Members to join our lively venues across London this festive season. You’ll pour, serve, and engage guests, with a mix of bar and floor duties.

Open Day interviews take place on Wednesday 4 November at The Wren Tavern, 67-69 Watling Street, EC4M 9DD. Must be 18+, available evenings and weekends, and ready to join the busy Christmas period with full training provided.

Christmas Team Member (Bar & Floor) | Open Day Hiring | £14 to £18 per hour including tronc

We’re on the hunt for Christmas Team Members to join our lively crews across our 12 venues in the City this festive season!

Can you pour a pint, carry a tray, wow our guests and keep smiling when it’s three deep at the bar? This Christmas we’re not splitting bar and floor. You’ll do a bit of everything, so whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to hospitality with bags of personality, we want to meet you. Full time and part time hours available. You must be 18 or over.

Open Day: Wednesday 4 November, 2pm sharp, at The Wren Tavern, 67-69 Watling Street, EC4M 9DD (Bank / Mansion House)

Arrive at 2pm and we’ll interview you on the spot. You could leave with a job offer! Bring your right to work documents (passport or share code) and your availability for November and December. Hiring is by open day only, so if you can’t make it on the 4th, we can’t consider your application this time.

• Passionate about delivering outstanding, guest-first service

• Available evenings, weekends and through the Christmas period

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with warmth, take orders with a smile, and ensure a smooth, memorable guest journey
• Serve drinks behind the bar and run food and drinks across the floor
• Anticipate needs, deliver polished service, and leave guests feeling special
• Stay cool and positive through Christmas parties, packed Fridays and festive rushes
• Collaborate with the team to reflect our brand in every interaction
