Job summary

Pret A Manger is hiring a Team Member in Gloucester. You’ll be the friendly face on the shop floor, preparing freshly made food and beverages while delivering great service to customers. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, supportive team.

Enjoy a base pay of £12.80 per hour, with shift bonuses and access to Club Pret and other benefits as you progress. This role offers variety and a chance to shine in a lively hospitality environment.

We're looking for passionate team players to bring joy to our customers every day. As a Team Member, you'll be the smiling face of our shop floor and preparing delicious, freshly made food in our kitchen, driven by a passion for our products, customers and teams.

Base Pay Rate:£12.80 - £12.80

• Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
• After initial training, earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am

The Pret interview journey
