The What...

As a Team Member, you will be at the very centre of the customer’s journey!

No two shifts are the same; you may be welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties, or serving food & drinks at the bar and diner. Your professional and engaging customer service, high energy, and enthusiasm will ensure our customers have an enjoyable, value-for-money experience.

Team Members are trained across all key areas of the centre, enabling support and value addition at every stage of the customer journey. You may also be required to work in the kitchen.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:

Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight.

Our busiest times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we require availability from applicants.

Typical shift patterns include:

• Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
• Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
• Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
• Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre. All shifts will be confirmed at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight but no later.

You will receive thorough induction and ongoing training, with career development opportunities, including apprenticeships and management training.

To be a successful Team Member, you should have:
