Job summary

Greggs plc in Chippenham is seeking a Team Member to greet customers, process orders, and prepare hot food, baked goods and beverages. You will help maintain clean, welcoming displays and deliver excellent customer service on a 35-hour weekly schedule (midnight–8am).

What you'll be doing as a Team Member

Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome. Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day. Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect. Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset. Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability. Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming. Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork. Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for. Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following day's trade.

We're looking for someone who can effortlessly switch gears‑thriving in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments while staying equally focused and productive in quieter, more independent settings. This role requires a dynamic individual who brings calm to the chaos and momentum to the lulls, ensuring consistent performance no matter the pace. • Annual bonus scheme is equivalent to work week's salary based on average hours worked over a defined period.
