Job summary

Moto at Southwaite Services in Carlisle is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, prepare and serve hot food, and maintain high store standards. The role includes handling transactions and working within a supportive team environment.

You’ll join a fast-paced operation that values flexibility, weekly pay, and opportunities for development and discounts across partner brands. Training and progression are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a friendly approach.
• Experience handling cash and POS systems is beneficial.
• Previous experience in fast-paced retail or food hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a helpful service.
• Process orders quickly and accurately.
• Prepare hot food, baked goods and beverages as needed.
• Maintain brand standards and store presentation.
• Resolve customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Restock displays to ensure product availability.

Shifts: Zero hour contract, shifts range from 4am to 8pm

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome

• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day

• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect

• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset

• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability

• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming

• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for

• Helping prepare the store and kitchen,ready for the following days trade
