Wadworth invites friendly, enthusiastic Team Members to join the pub team at Bartons Mill in Hampshire. You’ll deliver great hospitality, serve drinks and food, and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential. We provide training and a supportive team environment, with flexible hours, employee discounts, and opportunities to grow with the Wadworth family.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Team Members to join our pub team. Whether you're serving behind the bar, delivering great food, welcoming guests or supporting your colleagues, you'll play a key role in bringing our values to life every day.
