The What...

As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer’s journey!

No two shifts are the same; you might be welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties, or serving food and drinks. Your professional and enthusiastic customer service will ensure our customers have an enjoyable experience every visit.

Our training covers all key areas, enabling you to support and add value throughout the customer journey, including work in the kitchen if required.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns: Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9 am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, requiring availability during these periods. Typical shifts include:
  • Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
  • Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
  • Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre, and those under 18 may work until midnight but no later.

We provide thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including apprenticeships and management training, to support your career growth.

To succeed as a Team Member, you should have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly, supportive team player
  • Flexibility with working hours and shifts
