Job summary

The Light in Banbury is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our vibrant team across food & beverage and leisure areas. You’ll help guests have a great time by serving food and drinks, guiding them through activities, and sharing a warm, welcoming experience.

Be part of a busy, hands-on environment with a great team, where you’ll keep spaces clean and safe, support guests, and contribute to a lively atmosphere across our venues.

We are The Light and we are providing a unique immersive experience that surprises and delights our guests across 14 locations in the UK. We offer a wide range of activities - cinema, bowling, karaoke, darts, mini golf, climbing walls, bars, and kitchens - we have it all!

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Team Member to join our amazing team.

As a Team Member you’ll be helping out across our food & beverage and leisure areas, making sure every guest has a great time - whether they’re grabbing a bite to eat, enjoying a drink, or taking part in one of our exciting activities.

About You

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Friendly and confident talking to guests
• Enjoy working in a busy, hands-on environment
• A great team player who’s happy to help wherever needed

• Willing to work a mix of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
