Job summary

The Light in Banbury is seeking a friendly Team Member to support guests across food & beverage and leisure activities. You’ll welcome visitors, take orders, serve at the counter or bar, and help guests enjoy activities safely with a smile.

We’re a lively, busy venue with opportunities to learn and progress. You’ll work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, benefit from staff discounts, free cinema tickets, and wellbeing support.

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Team Memberto join our amazing team.

As a Team Member you’ll be helping out across our food & beverage and leisure areas, making sure every guest has a great time — whether they’re grabbing a bite to eat, enjoying a drink, or taking part in one of our exciting activities.
