This vacancy is based at the Merry Hill Store.

Summary:

We are looking for accomplished retail superstars with experience in visual merchandising who are proven leaders with the ability to coach and develop teams to improve visual execution and inspiration throughout the store.

What you’ll do:

Your key accountabilities will include:

  1. Accountable for 100% visual execution, planning, implementing and reviewing, while overseeing all launches, events and campaigns.
  2. Work alongside your team and wider Clothing & Home team to drive accurate execution of guidelines and VM processes.
  3. Following clear visual framework to plan and execute all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly activity.
  4. Accountable for store space, layout and fixture placement, creating an inspirational and consistent customer journey.
  5. Deliver highest visual standards every day of mannequins and styling, product handling, outfit building and windows, always with an up-to-date awareness of trends.
Who you are:

Your skills and experience will include:

  1. Current and previous visual merchandising experience and visual management experience with a Visual Portfolio demonstrating previous work.
  2. Strong external awareness of current fashion trends, competitors and new store openings/initiatives.
  3. In-depth capability and expertise of all Visual skills including; ability to manage space, architecture and equipment handling.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead your direct reports to execute business guidelines in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Expertise in creating and delivering exceptional customer journeys and experiences.
