The Role

The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating the team of sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service, and supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

This role requires thriving in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment. Daily responsibilities include sharing product knowledge, running coaching sessions to unlock sales potential, and ensuring smooth store operations. Supervisors will lead by example, setting personal KPIs and sales targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to surpass these
  2. Conduct store walks, understand the importance of visual merchandising and commerciality
  3. Monitor store sales figures
  4. Handle escalated customer complaints
  5. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity
  6. Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service and adapting approaches to individual needs
Store Operations
  1. Act as key holder, ensuring proper opening/closure procedures
  2. Manage cashing up and till reconciliation
  3. Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary processes
  4. Support product and POS deliveries, unloading and storing stock appropriately
  5. Operate the till system, handle transactions, and escalate issues as needed
  6. Maintain alertness on the shop floor, following security policies to ensure safety
