The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating the team of sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service, and supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.
This role requires thriving in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment. Daily responsibilities include sharing product knowledge, running coaching sessions to unlock sales potential, and ensuring smooth store operations. Supervisors will lead by example, setting personal KPIs and sales targets.
The ideal candidate will be a highly capable, passionate team player who can confidently support their team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora experience.
