Job summary

Turning Point is seeking a Team Manager to lead 3 services providing 24-hour supported living for adults with learning disabilities. You will manage a small team (about 9 people) and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual support plans.

You will drive a positive culture, manage rosters, finances, and medication checks while maintaining health, safety and CQC compliance. NVQ 4/5 is encouraged; flexible working and backfilling may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstratable leadership skills and flexible
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
• Ability to adapt to staff, commissioners/partners and people we support.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and visible leadership to your team throughout the day.
• Roster management, weekly finance and medication checks, health and safety checks, and compliance with CQC.
• Inspire colleagues to deliver high quality, person-centred support and develop service standards.
• Backfill when short of staff and support/coaching across services.
