Tesco UK is looking for a Team Manager to lead and develop store teams, delivering a great in-store customer experience. You’ll recruit, train and coach colleagues to provide excellent service while maintaining strong product knowledge and driving store performance.

You’ll plan shifts, manage trade activity to grow sales, and ensure safe, legal operations while upholding Tesco’s values of diversity and inclusion. Flexible working may be discussed.
