Job summary

Myton Food Group, the manufacturing arm linked with Morrisons Supermarkets, seeks a Team Manager to drive results in a large-scale production operation. You will lead and develop a team, ensuring engagement, strong performance and safe, efficient production.

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will monitor KPIs, set targets, and implement action plans to improve performance while coaching staff, managing welfare and attendance, and running daily shift briefs to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Management/Supervisory experience within a large scale production operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing
• The ability to challenge decisions and behaviours to ensure consistency in service to our customers, and will demonstrate your ability to problem solve
• A proven track record of people management and delivering strong results through a team in a people management role
• Excellent communication skills
• Assertiveness with the ability to make decisions on the spot
• An understanding of cost models and experience of budgetary control and understanding pest control management

• Allocating task and holding daily shift briefs
