Job summary

Caritas Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Team Manager posted in Nottingham City Social Services to lead the Children with Disabilities Service. You will supervise a team of social workers, ensure safeguarding, assessments, care planning, and drive service improvements while working with education, health and partner agencies.

Applicants must be registered with Social Worker England, have UK social work experience of 3+ years, and demonstrable supervisory or management experience; 37 hours

Team Manager Post in Nottingham City Social Services £42 - £45 per hour depending on experience

We have an opportunity to work for Nottingham City Children Social Services as a Team Manager for their Children with Disabilities Service

They will be supervising Social Worker's including newly qualified Social Worker's . You will be responsible for the performance of the team in relation to key indicators and also the quality of the work

Duties Include:

Lead and supervise a team delivering statutory social work services to children and young people with disabilities.

You need to be registered with Social Worker England, have worked as a Social Worker in the UK for over 3 years and have some supervisory or relevant management experience
