Tesco is seeking a Store Manager in Bangor to drive frontline leadership and operational excellence on the shop floor. You will develop your team, deliver strong results and model exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and compliance across the department.

The role focuses on leading from the front, engaging colleagues and customers, and delivering continuous improvement in store standards and performance.
