Tesco in Glasgow's St Rollox is hiring a Team Manager Nights to lead a busy in-store team, ensuring excellent customer service and strong store performance during the night shift.

You will recruit and train colleagues, coach the team on products and safety, and drive trade activity to grow sales while maintaining company standards and a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
