Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Team Manager to inspire, manage, and ensure safe, smooth operations. You will drive performance improvements within your team and align with the company’s values and leadership principles.

You will lead during 4 nights on, 4 nights off, delivering high-quality dairy products while upholding sustainability and safety standards across the site.

So, what will I be doing?

We are seeking for a passionate Night Shift Team Manager to inspire, manage & ensure smooth, safe operations. You will be instrumental to deliver fresh, sustainable, high quality dairy products.

As a Key Member of the Department Leadership Team, you will identify, lead and drive performance capability improvements within your area of responsibility through the Engagement and Development of your Operational Team and the Ways of Working supporting the strategic plans. Working hours will be 4 nights on & 4 nights off.

• Lead and nurture the business and site culture within your team, and through the role modelling of the Yeo Valley values and leadership principles, demonstrate a personal and leadership commitment to “Our Yeo Valley”.
• Develop the quality and food safety culture within your team, ensuring compliance to the Yeo Valley Manufacturing standards and enabling your team to deliver best-in-class product quality which exceeds customer quality standards.
