Job summary

The post requires a Qualified Social Worker with management experience and a strong track record in Looked After Children services. You will promote trauma-informed practice and a high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant management experience.
• Proven experience in Children in Care / Looked After Children services.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding, care planning and relevant legislation.
• Excellent organisation, communication and decision-making skills.
• Resilient and able to manage a demanding workload.
• Ability to work effectively with children, families and multi-agency partners.

Pay Rate: £41.42 per hour (Umbrella)
